Optus Move From North Sydney Headquarters

IT Liquidators provide E-waste Solution after Optus move out from their North Sydney Headquarters at 101 Miller St.

After Optus Moved out from their North Sydney Headquarters Mirvac is spending $40 million refurbishing the building and the adjoining three-level Greenwood Plaza, which connects the building and the shops to the railway station at North Sydney.

Metropolitan Demolitions Group (one of the largest demolition experts in Australia) in charge of the strip out project chose It Liquidators to provide The E-Waste Disposal Solution avoiding Thousands of Tonnes of e-waste from ending up in landfills.
Data Center Equipment

It was a huge project that involved removal of thousands of tonnes of equipment Ready to be movedredundant computers, monitors, phones, server racks and comm'scabinets, redundant PABX systems and switching systems, ups units and back up batteries from over 30 of the buildings floors.

The Biggest Challengewas the decommissioning and removal of Pabx systems and Digital Multiplex Systems ( DMS 100) telephone exchange switches located in the Data center of the building due to the confined access and the tight time schedule. With our experienced staff and background knowledge It Liquidators stood to the challengeand completed the tasks with in the time frame allocated and with no disruption to the overall refurbishment project.
